Doppelstock Terminal Block Steckerverbinder
Würth Elektronik hat sein Steckverbindersortiment um Doppelstock Terminal Blocks in den Ausführungen Zugbügel- und PCB-Stecksystem erweitert. Die Klemmleisten bzw. Stiftleisten und Buchsenstecker sind unter der Typenbezeichnung WR-TBL im Portfolio gelistet und in verschiedenen Serien erhältlich. Kennzeichnend für alle Bauelemente der Reihe WR-TBL ist der Isolierkörper aus PA66 bzw. PBT, die Brennbarkeitsklasse UL94-V0, ein Messing-Gehäuse sowie Terminalschrauben aus verzinktem Stahl mit Längsschlitz. Die Terminal Blocks sind für Betriebstemperaturen von –40 bis 105 °C ausgelegt. Zu ihren elektrischen Kenngrößen zählen eine Betriebsspannung von 300 VAC, eine Spannungsfestigkeit von 1,6 VAC/min, ein 20-mΩ-Kontaktwiderstand sowie ein Serien-abhängiger Nennstrom von 10, 15 oder 20 A (jeweils nach UL). Die neuen Zugbügelsystem-Klemmleisten in zweireihiger Ausführung mit horizontalem Kabeleingang sind mit Rastermaßen von 3,5 (2301), 3,81 (2303), 5,0 (2317, 2327, 2337) und 5,08 mm (2315, 2325, 2335) für Kabelquerschnitte von 1,3 und 3,0 mm2 (2327, 2337, 2325, 2335) erhältlich.
